HELP!

I’m still pretty new to Madden and I honestly don’t know what to do.  Every time I play my older cousins, they just keep running the ball over and over because they know I can’t stop it. 

I try guessing run. I switch defenses. I move guys around. Nothing works. There’s always some hole that opens up, and even when I think I’m in the right spot, my cousins slip through and gets 5–10 yards like it’s automatic. By the time I react, it’s already a first down and they’re lining up again.

It’s getting frustrating because it feels like once they realize I can’t stop the run, that’s all they do. And I just sit there hoping something changes.

What am I missing? Is there something basic I don’t understand yet?

Any advice would seriously help. I’m tired of getting pushed around every game.
